Pin back vs clutch back. When did one supersede the other? Important if you want to try and decide if the badge you’re considering buying is indeed WW2 period or later.

Fantastic link Mark and a great source of info. Added it to my favourites. Interestingly i do have quite a few clutch back badges and insignia which are attached to WW2 uniforms but date from around 42 to 43 and this link confirms that. :thumbsup:
